The Challenge

The existing store was not presenting the products clearly enough or giving customers a smooth path from discovery to repeat purchase.

What I Did

Rebuilt the client's Shopify store with a modern design, custom Liquid sections, subscription functionality, CRO improvements, and SEO optimisation. The new experience helped the business double profit compared with previous years.

SEO & Analytics

GA4 tracking for purchases, Yoast for SEO, Clarity for further tracking, and Google Tag Manager integration for button and form tracking.
