A polished website for an independent Teignmouth jeweller, with a page for every service it offers, so local people searching for a repair, a resize or a valuation find the shop first.

About the business

• An independent jeweller on The Triangle in Teignmouth, trading since 1998
• Every repair is done by hand in its own Teignmouth workshop
• Jewellery and watch repairs, ring resizing, pearl restringing, re-modelling and probate valuations

The challenge

The business needed a clear, trustworthy online presence that would introduce its local service, showcase its jewellery, and make it easy for customers to get in touch or visit. Most of its work is services people search for by name and town, like "watch repairs Teignmouth", so each one needed to be findable on its own.

The work

We built a refined, mobile-friendly site around the shop's six services and its workshop. Each service has its own page explaining what's involved, with one clear next step: pop in for a free assessment or give the shop a call. The jewellery is grouped by metal and style, recent work is shown in a workshop gallery, and the address, opening hours, map and phone number are never more than a tap away.
